Online Boot Camp
Do you want to kick start massive change in your life? Then consider joining one of our monthly Online Boot Camps. For 21 days, you and a small group of like-minded women will focus on nutrition, exercise, and personal development. I'll be your personal coach and trainer throughout the entire journey. There is plenty of support, motivation and accountability so you can achieve your goals
Personal Training and Yoga
A blend of strength building, flexibility, and cardio to fit your body, your issues, and your lifestyle. Training can take place at our studio, in your home, or through online sessions with 2-way video, as well as “homework” assignments and custom how-to videos for your workouts during the week.
Healthy eating isn’t about counting calories. It’s about planning ahead. We’ll send you weekly meal plans, grocery lists and recipes to help you avoid the bad decisions that happen on an empty stomach—and an empty fridge. Customized for dietary restrictions, number of family members and how much time you have to cook.
