With a Master's Degree in Health Promotion, she has made her life's mission to help people live the lives they love through intelligent fitness. Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She believes creating a mind-body connection is essential to health and happiness. Through private health coaching, small group training, and wellness retreats, Katie and Renew Fitness and Yoga work with clients to relieve stress and pain, build strength and energy, and initiate lifelong changes. Melody has worn many hats throughout her career – public relations representative, writer, editor, entrepreneur, event planner, DJ, and yoga teacher. With years of travel industry experience, she has organized and hosted numerous trips for travel consultants and writers, and journeyed across the globe from the fjords of Patagonia to the highlands of Papua. Melody has lived in New Zealand, Germany, and most recently, India, where her casual yoga practice evolved into a passion. She is a graduate of Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation’s acclaimed teacher training program in Denver, Colorado, and a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).

Amanda received her Culinary Degree three years ago in San Diego, CA and worked as a Executive Chef in a wine bar and small neighborhood bistro. She is a personal chef and founder of FreshPrep Denver. Amanda loves the challenge of developing meal plans for omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, meat heads, paleo dieters, etc. She has a passion for seasonality and simplicity and believes in food, not foodstuffs, which is reflected in her culinary philosophy of using whole, unprocessed vegetables, fruits and meat to create delicious and healthful meals plans for clients, friends, & family.
